Liked free and nice hot breakfasts!!
The location in a shopping area was great and there were many shopping centers and a shopping area nearby. The employees were really good and kept it all clean.

Great value for a comfy stay!
The staff were super chill and cute-Aaliyah at the front desk was a gem. The room was clean and cozy. Plus, the free hot breakfast was a nice touch! Loved the snack bar for quick bites.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is right off the highway.
The hotel is a little old and shows its age in the carpet and paint, but the bed was very comfortable.

The front desk clerk when we checked in
We tried to check in 1:55pm and that front desk clerk was very rude. She refused to check us in and said come back after 3. Her reason is she didnt know what rooms were clean.

The staff here really were very good for us . Despite the hotel being fully booked with evacuees from Florida, Deonte, the manager, and his team were accommodating and kind to everyone were good.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more activities for kids .

The room was quite spacious and clean. King sized bed was very comfortable, not too hard. Overall it was perfect for our needs (2 adults).
Other than the water pressure in the shower being a little low everything was just fine.

The hotel offered a comfortable King Suite Non-Smoking that catered well to my needs. The staff was accommodating, efficiently assisting me with my requests. The free WiFi and business center were useful for staying connected and handling work tasks.
The breakfast options were limited.
